Power is supplied through 2 ways.
- Type C data & power cable through the device type C port
- Type C power cable with our power adaptor or power bank
We chose not to include it because the current batteries grade do not allow for a good weight to power ratio. Adding more batteries means more weight, making it less portable. Replacing batteries when they are degraded is also a hassle.

Touch functionality is enabled via Type C data cable.
Some devices are able to power the display through a single Type C data port and parse displays.
If you are connecting via HDMI, you will need a USB to Type C to enable the touch functionality.

WARRANTY
This limited WORUS Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any displays. All WORUS warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the display is owned by the original purchaser of the display. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this WORUS Warranty, is the first purchaser of the display from WORUS or a WORUS authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All WORUS limited warranties are not transferable.
The 1 Year Limited Warranty warrants the WORUS Display product and the WORUS-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“WORUS Display”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with WORUS's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").
This Warranty does not apply:
- to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that is not sold by WORUS;
- to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;
- to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of WORUS;
- to an WORUS Display that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of WORUS;
- to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the WORUS Product;
- if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the WORUS Product.
SHIPPING
We have the following shipping methods.
- Free Normal shipping (14 - 30 business days) Orders placed with a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of WORUS’s choice. Free shipping promotions are subject to limitations in certain locations.
- Expedited shipping (7 - 12 business days)
Orders placed with this shipping method will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx.
*Special Arrangement on Free Shipping (due to the Coronavirus):
Under the serious situation of Coronavirus, free shipping to certain countries is temporarily suspended due to suspension of postal services in receiving countries. Alternatively, we can arrange shipment via DHL Express or FedEx for your orders at an additional cost. If you prefer to receive the parcel at an earlier time, please contact us, and we will arrange for you. If you are open to wait for a later shipment, we will arrange your shipment as soon as the postal service resumes.
