Exchange & Return Policy

At WORUS, we put your experience as our priority.

You may cancel the order at any time before the order is shipped.

We will send you a new one once we received the faulty product that you have received if a resolution request is filed within 30 days of delivery.

Do note that we do not allow “change of mind” or "incompatible" returns. Before you check out your items, we highly recommend that you ensure that your devices are supported (in FAQs) before purchasing. There are various adapters which can be bought to ensure WORUS displays work with your devices.

We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. If your items are returned later than 30 days, your return will not be accepted and returned to the sender. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return at sales@worusdisplay.com. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*The following items cannot be returned.

  • Items on sale
  • Unintentional damaged items by user

**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage.  For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 30% restocking fee will be charged onto the refunds.
